This exceptional line of chocolate is made only with 100% Venezuelan cacao. El Rey's couvertures are manufactured in the famed Carenero, a region just east of Caracas. Since the colonial period, the Carenero cacao bean has been renowned for its complex flavor notes of fruit, flower, nut, spice, and intense chocolate taste. The Carenero line is composed of all-purpose couvertures and flavored with natural vanilla.
