Pacific Gourmet relies primarily on our own in-house sales department to service our customer accounts. This team is able to expedite your incoming order and monitor your delivery. Our staff is available Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. An answering machine is at the ready for off-hour calls: 415.641.8400 or Toll Free: 1.888.652.9252. You may also send your order via FAX at 415.641.8309. To assure your supplies arrive in a timely manner please place your order at the latest by 2 PM the day before delivery.
Will call
Will call orders must be placed before 2 PM the day before pick-up. We don't allow "shopping", all orders must be placed in advance. Minimum invoice amount for a will-call order is $75.00.
Shipping
You may have an order shipped anywhere in the U.S. through UPS, Fed-Ex, or Cal Overnight. We can only ship to business addresses. Let us know if your shipment requires special delivery/shipping arrangements. No perishables will be shipped on Friday unless by Next Day Saturday. Perishable orders will be shipped at the consignee's risk. Minimum invoice amount for shipping is $75.00. The customer assumes risk of product-condition caused by uncontrollable delays as stated by the individual carrier. Product that arrives late or damaged due to the carrier's mishandling must be reported immediately to the respective carrier.
