Pacific Gourmet has joined the BiRite Foodservice family—bringing together two Bay Area, family-led teams that share a commitment to quality, fair pricing, and service.

Nothing changes about your day-to-day: our entire Pacific Gourmet team remains in place, operating from our Brisbane, CA location, with John Cawley continuing in General Management and Business Development.

Over the coming months, alongside BiRite co-President Aaron Barulich, we’ll learn from each other and thoughtfully expand product selection and distribution to better serve your kitchen. Same people, same standards—now with the added strength of BiRite behind us.

The Pacific Gourmet Story

For over 30 years, Pacific Gourmet has been dedicated to serving our customers with the best quality products available, at the most reasonable price without compromising quality. We strive to select local versions of products, organic options when feasible, and to find better alternatives to GMO-based products. Our primary mission is to offer the finest variety of ingredients to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and food service providers in Northern California and nationwide.

Our Focus on Quality

Our focus is on specialty foods, yet we believe that the highest quality food doesn’t necessitate a luxury goods mark-up. We carry well over two thousand products and we attempt to have contacts with the people who actually produce them.
